Abstract generation in progress

[Chain News] On August 5, British IT man James Howells stated: "For twelve years, I have tried various ways to communicate with the Newport City Council, including public proposals, offering profit-sharing ratios, mediation, taking legal action, and even formally proposing to provide over 25 million pounds in return. This Bitcoin worth 1 billion dollars, but they have ignored all these proposals. They want me to give up, but I am no longer seeking permission. Therefore, I will tokenize the 8000 Bitcoins in the entire wallet, converting them into 800 billion Ceiniog Coins (INI), with each INI matching the value of 1 Bitcoin satoshi. The project is based on the Bitcoin network, using OP_RETURN technology, supporting Stacks, Runes, and Ordinals protocols, and is expected to launch by the end of 2025." It is reported that James Howells accidentally discarded the hard drive containing 8000 Bitcoins many years ago and has tried several times to search for the hard drive in the local landfill.

The wallet is gone, yet I still want to tokenize in thin air.

Sigh, squatting in a garbage heap for 12 years, still not allowed to turn it over. How tragic.

It's too difficult. I suggest casually buying a garbage station.
