Pham, acting chair of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), announced the launch of a plan for listing Spot encryption asset contracts on futures exchanges (DCM) registered with the CFTC, as the first initiative to implement the recommendations of the President's Digital Asset Market Working Group report. The plan aims to clarify how to allow trading on DCM within the existing legal framework.
